摘　　要：铸件内侧四面带阶梯孔,侧孔和内台阶的抽芯是模具设计的重点,为此,模具采用了斜销和斜滑块结构,顺利实现了孔的侧抽芯和台阶的内抽芯,模具结构较紧凑,同时铸件质量得到保证。there is a similarly hemispherical cavity in the castings, and a handle above the cavity, which hinders the cavity core pulling. For this point, this die uses arc core pulling structure with twi-ejector, which makes core rotate around the lever during pulling, and the core seperates from the cavity. Thus the problem has been solved and the quality of the castings can be ensured.
