钢丝螺套在复合材料机械连接中的应用研究

摘　　要：钢丝螺套具有很多优良的特性,目前在民用及航空航天领域应用已十分广泛,但是在复合材料机械连接中直接应用的报道还较少。本文针对1Cr18Ni9Ti材质钢丝螺套(规格:6×1×10 mm),在10 mm厚T700碳纤维增强复合材料中的应用进行了探索,进行了抗拉试验,通过调整垫片尺寸,得到拉脱力约为10 k N^14 k N。并对钢丝螺套在复合材料机械连接中的应用前景进行了展望。Steel wire lo sets has many excellent characteristics, the applications in the civil and aerospace fields has been very widely. But the report about composite mechanical connection is less. In this paper, we researched the applica- tion of 1CrlSNi9Ti steel wire Lo sets（ specification： 6× 1 ×10mm） in 10 mms thick T700 carbon fiber reinforced compos- ites and the tensile test. By adjusting gasket size, we obtain the pull - out force of about 10 kN - 14 kN. In the end of this paper, we discussed the application prospect of steel wire Lo sets in the composite mechanical connection.
