摘　　要：本文介绍了叶片纤维布浸胶的工艺过程和浸胶机的工作原理,重点分析了收卷辊、皮带涨紧调节器、胶辊安装工装、移动胶槽、挤胶辊调节装置等设计要点和结构,该设备的研制有效地解决了纤维布浸润过程中浸胶不均匀和浸不透的缺陷,经过连众公司多年的实际应用,产品质量稳定。This paper introduces the technical process of leaf fiber fabric impregnating and the working principle of im- pregnation machine. The design method and structure of rewinding roller, belt tension adjustor, installation and disassemb- ling special tooling of rollers, mobile glue groove, squeeze rollers and other related components are mainly discussed. The design of this equipment can effectively avoid the defect of unevenness and impermeability during fiberglass dipping process. The product produced by this machine in our company for a few of years is perfect and stable in quality.
