摘  要:目的:比较附子不同炮制品(刨附片、炮天雄、黑顺片)对比格犬的心脏急性毒性的影响。方法:比格犬16只,随机分为空白对照组、刨附片组、炮天雄组、黑顺片组,按照4g生药/kg灌胃比格犬浓缩液,检测灌胃前和灌胃后1h,1d、3d、7d和14d后比格犬体重、体温变化和心电图心率变化,并测定血液中乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)和肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)的含量。结果:给药后1h内黑顺片组犬出现呕吐,其余组未观察到症状;给药后14d内比格犬体重、体温正常,给药组乳酸脱氢酶和肌酸激酶同工酶含量,心电图心率与空白组相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:刨附片,炮天雄,黑顺片水煎液按照4g生药/kg给犬灌胃,没有明显心脏毒性。Objective To investigate and compare the different processed Aconitum carmichaeli ( Paofupian, PaoTianxiong, Heishunpian) for acute cardiac toxicity in beagle dogs. Methods sixteen Beagle dogs , randomly divided into control group, Paofupian group, PaoTianxiong group, Heishunpian group, according to the 4 g crude drug / kg gavaging to Beagles, observe fourteen days, and detect the weight, temperature changing and ECG heart rate and blood lactate measurements dehydrogenase and creatine kinase MB before administration and at. one hour, one day , three day, seven day, fourteen day after administration. Results within one hour after administration , heishunpian group dogs bagan to vomite, the symptoms were not observed in other groups; fourteen days after administration Beagle dogs' s weight, temperature are normal, comparing the administration groups to the control group, the lactate dehy- drogenase and creatine kinase isoenzyme content, ECG heart rate have no significant difference. Conclusion the different processed Aconitum carmichaeli (Paofupian, PaoTianxiong, Heishunpian) decoctions according 4g/kg orally to fill beagle dog' s stomach, have no sianificant cardiac toxicity.
