摘 要:目的:优选出木香挥发油的最佳提取工艺。方法:采用水蒸气蒸馏法,以粉碎度、加水量、浸泡时间、提取时间为考察因素,以挥发油提取量为评价指标,应用正交试验设计法优选提取工艺。结果:木香挥发油的最佳提取工艺为将木香药材粉碎成1-3cm的粒度,加水7倍量,浸泡0h,蒸馏提取8h。该提取工艺稳定,三次提取的RSD为1.41%。结论:该工艺合理、可行、准确、可靠,为木香挥发油的提取工艺提供了实验依据。Objective To optimize the extraction technology of volatile oil from Radix Auckladiae. Methods The volatile oil of Ra- dix Auckladiae was extracted by technology of wet distillation, and orthogonal tests were used to optimize the extraction methods, using particle size, volume of solvent, immersion time and distillation time as investigation factors. Results The optimized extraction technology was that particle size rang from 1 cm to 3 cm, water volume 7 times of crud drug, immersion time was selected as Oh and distillation time 8h. The verification test showed that optimized technology derived more volatile oil than any of the orthogonal tests with high stability as RSD = 1.41%. Conclusion The optmized extraction technology is feasible, stable and practicable.
