摘  要:目的:探讨新生儿期智体能训练对婴儿智能发育的效果,探索促进婴幼儿智能发育的科学方法。方法:选择正常足月新生儿为研究对象,其中新生儿期进行智体能训练的正常足月新生儿200例为实验组,与研究组同期分娩未进行新生儿期智体能训练的正常足月新生儿200例为对照组。两组小儿均于1岁时进行智力发育测试。结果:实验组在适应性、大动作、社交和总发育商的得分方面均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在5大能区发育商分布情况上,实验组与对照组的差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:新生儿期智体能训练能促进1岁婴儿的适应性、大动作和社交的发展。Objective To understand the effect of physical and intelligence training during neonatal period on intelligence development for infant and to explore scientific approaches for improving mental development for children. Methods Healthy full-term newborns were selected from April 1, 2013 to March 30, 2014 in our hospital. 200 of them with physical and intelligence training during neonatal period were chosen as the experimental group, and another 200 were selected as the control group without the training. Their intelligence development were examined at 1 year old. Results The average values of developmental quotient (DQ) in the items of adaptability, gross motor and social items and total DQ in the experimental group were all significantly higher than in the control group ( P 〈 0. 05 ). Furthermore, the number and proportion in the 5 items in the experimental group was significantly different from the eontrol group. Conclusion Physical and intelligence training during neonatal period can promote the adaptability, gross motor and social development of infant.
