摘　　要：随着IT业的蓬勃发展,电信业务也在不断推陈出新,电信实验室出租业务发展十分迅速,目前对于出租用户数据的智能化、系统化、信息化管理成为公司迫切需要解决的问题。本文采用Java技术,设计了一个基于Open Lab的电信计费数据采集系统。该系统采用C/S模式,实现了对于用户日志数据的实时读取、解析、发送以及监控显示功能。实验结果表明:系统的开发将有效地提高电信日志数据的分类管理,为计费管理提供可靠的数据支持。With rapid development of IT industry, the telecom service is constantly bring forth new through the old, telecom lab rental business is developing very rapidly, the current rental for user data intelligent, systematic, information management has become an urgent need to solve the problem of the company. This paper adopts Java technology, designed a telecom billing data collection system based on Open Lab. The system adopts C/S model, has realized the user log data real-time reading , matching, transmitting and monitoring display function. The experimental results show that：The development of the system will effectively improve the classification management of Telecom log data, and provide reliable data support for the accounting management.
