摘  要:介绍了应用顶吹氧气转炉冶炼生产06Ni9DR低温压力容器钢的过程。对转炉冶炼温度、钢水镍含量、碳含量、磷含量等工艺参数的控制进行了生产研究。实践表明,采用半钢双联法冶炼,出钢温度1585-1635℃、镍含量8.8%-9.3%、终点碳含量小于0.035%时,可以稳定控制06Ni9DR钢的工艺参数,终点磷含量小于0.005%。The production practice of s melting 06Ni9DR molten steel for pressure vessel at low temperature by top blown oxygen converter is introduced. Such technical indexes as the smelt-ing temperature in converter and the content of these elements including nickel, carbon and phos-phor content in molten steel are studied. The production practice shows that the technical indexes of 06Ni9DR molten steel can be controlled stably by duplex process for semi-steelmaking, indicat-ing that the content of phosphor in molten steel at the end-point of converter steelmaking is less than 0.005% while tapping temperature is between 1 585-1 635 ℃, the content of nickel in molten steel is between 8.8%-9.3%and carbon in molten steel at the end-point of converter steel-making is less than 0.035%.
