摘  要:目前国内数据中心UPS间的阀控式密封铅酸蓄电池、UPS的交流电源配电装置、UPS馈出配电装置均布置在同一房间,设备、照明均按正常环境设计和选型,与国家标准GB 50172-2012《电气装置安装工程蓄电池施工及验收规范》中第3.0.7条规定"蓄电池室应采用防爆型灯具、通风电机,室内照明线应采用穿管暗敷,室内不得装设开关和插座"的规定相左。从其第1.0.2条:"本规范适用于电压为12 V及以上,容量为25 A·h及以上的阀控式密封铅酸蓄电池组和容量为10 A·h及以上的镉镍碱性蓄电池组安装工程的施工与质量验收"的规定来看,该规范适用于阀控式密封铅酸蓄电池室,以强制性条文的形式规定阀控式密封铅酸蓄电池需按照爆炸性气体危险环境来设计,给设计、审图人员带来困惑。为了论证阀控式密封铅酸蓄电池室是否为爆炸性气体危险环境?本文依据阀控式密封铅酸蓄电池的工作特性、气体性爆炸环境相关的国家现行标准分析探讨,提出建议供业内人士参考。Currently, the valve regulated sealed lead-acid battery, the AC power source distribution device of UPS and the outgoing power distribution device of UPS are all arranged in a same UPS room in China, and the equipment and lighting are designed and selected for normal environment, which conflict with the provision of “battery room should be equipped with explosion-proof lamps and ventilation motors; with indoor illuminating lines installed through concealed laying in pipe and without switch or socket installed indoors” in section 3. 0. 7 of national standard GB 50172-2012 Code for Construction and Acceptance of Battery Electric Equipment Installation Engineering. According to section 1. 0. 2 “this code is applicable to the construction and quality acceptance of valve regulated sealed lead-acid battery pack with voltage of 12 V or above and capacity of 25 A·h or above and nickel-cadmium alkaline battery pack with capacity of 10 A·h or above installation works”, the code is applicable to the valve regulated sealed lead-acid battery room and stipulates in the form of compulsory provision that the valve regulated sealed lead-acid battery should be designed for hazardous explosive gas environment and this can cause confusion among designers and drawing review officers. In order to demonstrate whether the valve-regulated sealed lead-acid room is a hazardous explosive gas environment, this paper analyzes and discusses current national standards concerning the working performance of valve regulated sealed lead-acid battery and the explosive gas environment and gives suggestions for a professional reference.
