针刺地机与地机、关元对原发性痛经即刻镇痛效应的比较

摘　　要：目的比较针刺地机与地机、关元治疗原发性痛经的疗效差异,以探讨针刺治疗原发性痛经常用腧穴的配伍关系。方法将40例原发性痛经患者随机分为单穴组和双穴组,每组20例。单穴组针刺地机穴,双穴组针刺地机、关元穴,观察针刺前后两组患者视觉模拟评分(VAS)随时间的变化,并比较两组数据的差异。结果双穴组针刺后各时间点VAS读数与针刺前差值均大于单穴组差值。结论疼痛时针刺地机及地机、关元均可有效治疗原发性痛经,但针刺地机、关元有优于单刺地机的趋势,针刺地机、关元治疗原发性痛经时可能存在协同作用。Objective To compare the therapeutic efficacy of acupuncture at Diji（SP8） versus acupuncture at Diji and Guanyuan（CV4） in treating primary dysmenorrhea, for exploring the combination relation of the commonly-used acupoints in acupuncture treatment for primary dysmenorrhea. Method Forty patients with primary dysmenorrhea were randomized into a single acupoint group and a double acupoint group, 20 in each group. The single acupoint group was intervened by acupuncture at Diji, while the double acupoint group was by acupuncture at Diji and Guanyuan. The change of Visual Analogue Scale（VAS） score was observed and compared between the two groups. Result The changes of VAS score in the double acupoint group were more significant than that in the single acupoint group at each different time point. Conclusion Acupuncture at Diji alone and acupuncture at Diji and Guanyuan both can effectively treat primary dysmenorrhea; however, acupuncture at Diji and Guanyuan tends to produce a more significant effect than acupuncture at Diji alone; Diji and Guanyuan may work synergistically in acupuncture treatment for primary dysmenorrhea.
