三步针罐疗法治疗颈源性头痛疗效观察

摘　　要：目的客观评估三步针罐疗法治疗颈源性头痛的临床疗效。方法将60例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组采用三步针罐疗法,对照组依据《针灸治疗学》采用常规针刺疗法,两组均治疗3个疗程(10 d为1个疗程,疗程间休息2 d)后进行临床疗效评估,评估包括症状综合疗效、VAS评分、治疗后半年随访复发率。结果治疗后治疗组总有效率为96.7%,对照组为83.3%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);两组患者治疗后随访半年,治疗组复发率为16.7%,对照组为46.7%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论三步针罐疗法治疗颈源性头痛疗效确切,即刻疗效、远期疗效优于常规针刺疗法,半年复发率低于常规针刺疗法。Objective To objectively evaluate the clinical efficacy of three-step acupuncture-cupping therapy for cervicogenic headache. Method Sixty patients were randomly allocated to treatment and control groups. The treatment group received three-step acupuncture-cupping therapy and the control group, conventional acupuncture based on ＂Acupuncture Therapeutics＂. Both groups were treated for three courses（10 days as a course with two days of rest between two courses） and then the clinical therapeutic effects were evaluated. The evaluation included the overall therapeutic effect on the symptoms, the VAS score and the follow-up recurrence rate at six months after treatment. Result The total efficacy rate was 96.7% in the treatment group and 83.3% in the control group; there was a statistically significant difference between the two groups（P〈0.01）. A follow-up of six months after treatment in the two groups showed that the recurrence rate was 16.7% in the treatment group and 46.7% in the control group; there was a statistically significant difference between the two groups（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Three-step acupuncture-cupping therapy has a definite effect on cervicogenic headache. Its immediate and long-term effects are superior to those of conventional acupuncture. The recurrence rate in six months is lower in this therapy than in conventional acupuncture.
