经皮穴位电刺激配合穴位按压治疗鼻窦术后头痛疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察经皮穴位电神经刺激配合穴位按压治疗慢性鼻窦炎筛窦切除术后头痛的疗效。方法将100例慢性鼻窦炎在全麻下行全筛窦切除术后头痛患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组50例。对照组采用常规治疗(耳穴贴压、抗炎止血治疗、吸氧),治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上予经皮穴位电神经刺激配合穴位按压治疗,6 h、12 h、24 h后比较两组患者术后头部胀痛缓解情况。结果治疗组6 h、12 h头痛缓解情况优于对照组,尤其是24 h后疼痛缓解情况效果显著。结论经皮穴位电神经刺激配合穴位按压治疗鼻窦术后头痛的疗效显著,能明显提高患者术后生活质量,且该项治疗为无创操作,患者更易接受,可提高操作有效率和可行性。Objective To investigate the efficacy of transcutaneous acupoint electrical nerve stimulation plus acupoint pressing in treating headaches after ethmoidectomy for chronic nasosinusitis. Method One hundred patients with chronic nasosinusitis who had undergone ethmoidectomy under general anesthesia were randomly allocated to treatment and control groups, 50 cases each. The control group received routine treatment（auricular plaster therapy, anti-inflammatory and hemostatic therapy, and oxygen uptake） and the treatment group, transcutaneous acupoint electrical nerve stimulation plus acupoint pressing in addition. Postoperative headache severities were compared between the two groups at 6, 12 and 24 hrs after the beginning of treatment. Result Headaches were relieved more significantly in the treatment group than in the control group at 6, 12 and 24 hrs, especially at 24 hrs. Conclusions Transcutaneous acupoint electrical nerve stimulation plus acupoint pressing has a marked therapeutic effect on headaches after paranasal sinus surgery and can significantly improve postoperative quality of life in the patients. This treatment is non-invasive and more easily accepted by the patients and can improve the operating efficiency and feasibility.
