摘　　要：目的观察火针和温针治疗肱二头肌长头肌腱鞘炎的疗效,比较两种方法疗效的差异性。方法将90例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组45例,治疗组采用火针治疗,对照组采用温针灸治疗,比较两组疗效差异,评价两组肩关节疼痛与功能障碍指数(SPADI)在治疗前、治疗2星期和4星期后的差异。结果治疗组和对照组总有效率分别为97.8%和86.0%。两组疗效比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组疗效优于对照组。两组患者SPADI各项指标评分与治疗时间密切相关,各时间点之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。SPADI的疼痛及总分组间比较差异亦有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论火针与温针灸治疗肱二头肌长头肌腱鞘炎都有效,火针的疗效优于温针灸。Objective To investigate and compare the efficacies of fire needling and warm needling in treating tenosynovitis of long head of biceps brachii. Method Ninety patients were randomly allocated to treatment and control groups, 45 cases each. The treatment group received fire needling and the control group, warm needling. The therapeutic effects were compared between the two groups. The difference in the shoulder pain and disability index（SPADI） score between before and after two or four weeks of treatment was assessed in the two groups. Result The total efficacy rate was 97.8% in the treatment group and 86.0% in the control group. There was a statistically significant difference in therapeutic effect between the two groups（P〈0.05）. The therapeutic effect was better in the treatment group than in the control group. In the two groups, the SPADI subscores were closely related to treatment time. There was a statistically significant difference between various time points（P〈0.01）. There were also statistically significant between-group differences in the SPADI pain score and total score（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Both fire needling and warm needling are effective in treating tenosynovitis of long head of biceps brachii. The therapeutic effect of fire needling is superior to that of warm needling.
