摘 要:为了进一步提高浮式起重机的承载力,通过对8 000 t浮式起重机滑动摩擦式回转支承原型进行结构优化及有限元对比分析,得出滑道接触面接触压力相对均匀且满足材料许用应力的优化结构。通过建立优化结构的合理缩尺模型进行模型实验,对比实验测试数据与有限元计算结果,证明利用有限元接触计算方法分析滑道间压力分布问题是可行的,回转支承设计可以满足压力均衡性要求。With the increasing exploitation of offshore oil,requirement for hoisting capacity of offshore crane is improving. To further improve the bearing capacity of floating crane,through sliding friction type slewing mechanism's structural optimization and comparative analysis of FEA of 8 000 t floating crane,optimized structure that has relatively uniform contact pressure and meets the material allowable stress is obtained. By establishing reasonable scale model of optimized structure,testing model and contrasting experimental data and finite element calculation result,feasibility of ANSYS contact calculation for pressure distribution problems between slides is verified,and it is verified that slewing ring design can meet requirements of pressure equalization. Replacing the roller jacket slewing ring by sliding friction type slewing mechanism is put forward innovatively in this paper. Analytical methods and experimental scheme used in this paper have important implications for the design and optimization of sliding slewing ring.
