摘 要:对稳态法测量不良导体导热系数实验中样品盘进行侧面包覆保温改进,使得侧面散热大大减少,以满足实验中忽略侧面散热的前提条件。实验发现,样品盘侧面包覆保温材料后,与未包覆情形相比,系统达到稳态时散热盘温度提高了0.5℃,这是由于样品盘侧面散热量减少,这部分热量传导至散热盘所致。同时,由于散热盘稳态温度提高,相应稳态温度附近的降温速率比原来提高了约7%。综合所有数据得到样品的导热系数与未包覆时相比,提高了11%。这说明在完全忽略样品盘侧面散热时样品的导热能力被低估了;同时该样品盘侧面保温包覆方法为降低该实验误差,提高实验结果精确度提供了一种方法。The sample designation of measuring thermal conductivity coefficient of poor conductor via stead-state method was improved by coating the insulation on the flank which could reduce the thermolysis much,in order to satisfy the prerequisite of ignoring flank thermolysis. The stead-state temperature of thermolysis plate was increased by 0. 5℃ after the sample plate being coated comparing with the uncoated condition. It was resulted from the saved heat from the flank of the sample conducts to the thermolysis plate. The corresponding cooling rate of thermolysis plate at stead-state temperature increased by 7% due to the increase of the stead-state temperature. Combining all the data,the computed thermal conductivity coefficients of the sample increased by 11% comparing with the case that the sample plate was uncoated. The results indicated that the thermal conductivity was underestimated in the case that the flank thermolysis of sample plate was ignored completely. Meanwhile,it provided a method to decrease the experimental error and improve the accuracy of the results by coating the insulation on the flank of sample plate.
