摘 要:针对磁力搅拌由电动机驱动而导致搅拌器体积较大、轴承容易失效等问题,设计了一种基于电磁技术的新型磁力搅拌测控系统。结合现场对搅拌器的控制要求,设计了搅拌器的电磁结构,对测控系统的驱动电路、滤波隔离电路、通信电路和显示报警电路等进行了设计与调试,并编写了软件程序。系统软硬件联合调试结果表明,磁力搅拌测控系统运行可靠稳定,能够实现调速控制,具有体积小、易于控制的特点。A new kind of magnetic mixing monitor and control system has been developed in order to deal with the problem of bearing invalid and larger volume of agitator,which is usually driven by electric machines. With the condition of field environment,the structure of electromagnetic structure has been designed. The hardware circuit of driving,filtering,power,communication,display and alarming has been designed and debugged,while the software has been written. The results of hardware and software debugging proved that the mixer achieves speed modulation. It was shown that the magnetic agitation system is reliable and convenient to control which achieved the target of miniature.
