摘  要:基于超微弱发光机理、磁场对植物的作用机理以及LED发光原理,设计的植物叶片光磁胁迫装置包括台架、主控箱;还包括主控单元、磁场处理单元、光处理单元和电源单元。磁场处理单元是利用32块钕铁硼永久磁铁制作N、S两块磁极板,平行对称放置,通过丝杆调节装置垂直方向移动一块磁极板,在两磁极板间产生0.01~0.5 T的直流梯度磁场;利用主控机构中单片机,控制步进电机旋转装置,旋转位于两极板间的植物叶片容器,在水平面内产生变化的磁场。光处理单元是利用1 W远红/红/蓝/绿/黄/紫/白光LED灯珠、SN3352芯片、单片机等,设计LED组合灯具、驱动电路,在主控机构单片机程序软件的控制下,实现LED组合灯具的光质(光色、光强、时间、频闪)调制。本装置既可用于单因子,也可双因子联用,可按"磁场形式/磁场强度/频率/作用时间"和"光色/光强/作用时间"方案处理植物叶片。探讨了植物的衰老机理。Based on ultra-weak luminescence mechanism,effect on plants by magnetic field,LED light-emitting principle,a device was designed to detect the plant leaves magneto-optical effect. The device includes bench,master box,control unit,magnetic field processing unit,optical processing unit and power supply unit. Magnetic processing unit can produce 0. 01-0. 5 T DC gradient magnetic field by moving one pole vertically through a screw adjustment.Two poles placed parallelly and symmetrically are made of 32 Nd Fe B permanent magnets. Magnetic processing unit can result in magnetic field change in the horizontal plane by controlling the stepper motor through microcontroller in master institutions. Light processing unit consists of LED lamps and lanterns,drive circuit,it is made of 1 W multicolor LED lamp beads,SN3352 chip and MCU. Under the control of single-chip in master institutions,light processing unit can adjust light's characteristics( light color,light intensity,time,stroboscopic) of combination LED lamps and lanterns.Two processing units can be used separately or together. The device can be used to explore " the mechanism of aging plants" by adjusting " magnetic form / field strength / frequency / duration of action" and " light color / intensity /duration of action". Widely applications of this device in breeding of agriculture,cultivation technique,experiment teaching and scientific research will produce great economic and social benefits.
