摘　　要：针对目前大学生创新创业存在的认识不足、项目不足、经费不足的问题,济南大学工程训练中心做出了大胆的教学尝试,提出以工程训练中心为大学生创新创业训练基地,以"兴趣培养,自主研发,创业孵化"为创新创业教学模式。开设以实例为主的创新创业选修课,举办创业者讲座,开展包括趣味竞赛和问卷调查等多种活动,普及大学生创新创业的认知,搭建"兴趣培养"平台;指导大学生自主研发项目的设计与制作,丰富项目资源,加大制作室开放力度,搭建"自主研发"平台;借助工程训练中心的对外研发项目,让大学生参与方案制定、市场调查、生产管理、市场服务等环节,搭建"创业孵化"平台。三个平台,三个层次,相互促进,形成了大学生创新创业特色的培养模式。Aiming at the problems of the college students＇ lack of knowledge,lack of confidence,lack of funds in the entrepreneurial process,this paper presents the engineering training center is entrepreneurship training base,and＂Interest Cultivation,Independent Research,Incubator of Entrepreneurship＂is the entrepreneurial training mode. We offered electives of innovation and entrepreneurship examples,invited successful entrepreneurs to hold lectures,made entrepreneurial knowledge questionnaire,popularized the innovation of knowledge,supported ＂interesting ＂platform;guided students＇ design and fabrication of the projects,offered more projects,completely opened the laboratory supports research platform. Students could participate in market research,production management,marketing services,and build＂incubator of entrepreneurship＂platform. The three levels supported each other and the three platforms formed a training mode of college students＇ innovation.
