白癜风胶囊联合窄谱中波紫外线治疗白癜风疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察白癜风胶囊联合窄谱中波紫外线治疗白癜风的临床疗效。方法:将白癜风患者134例随机分成2组各67例,观察组采用白癜风胶囊联合窄谱中波紫外线治疗,对照组则仅采用窄谱中波紫外线治疗,观察比较2组疗效及不良反应。结果:痊愈率观察组为86.57%,对照组为64.18%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者光毒反应、轻度红斑反应、轻度瘙痒、局部刺痛等不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:白癜风胶囊联合窄谱中波紫外线治疗白癜风,可明显提高治疗效果,减少不良反应的发生。Objective. To study the curative effect of Vitiligo capsule combined with narrow-spectrum ultraviolet B rays for vitiligo. Methods, A total of 134 patients were divided into the observation group（67 cases） and the control group （67 cases）. The observation group received vitiligo capsule combined with narrow spectrum ultraviolet B rays treatment, and the control group was treated with narrow-spectrum ultraviolet B rays treatment. The curative effect and adverse reactions were observed. Results= The curative effect rate was 86.57% in the observation group, and was 64.18% in the control group, the difference being significant（P 〈 0.05）. The adverse reaction incidence rate of light toxic reaction, mild erythema reaction, mildly itchy, local tingling in the observation group were lower than that in the control group（P〈 0.05）. Conclusion. Vitiligo capsule combined with narrow spectrum ultraviolet B rays for vitiligo patients, not only can obviously improve the treatment effect, but also can reduce the incidence of the adverse reaction.
