舒筋通络方熏洗治疗桡骨远端骨折后腕关节功能障碍疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨自拟舒筋通络方熏洗治疗桡骨远端骨折后腕关节功能障碍的临床疗效。方法:将桡骨远端骨折后腕关节功能障碍患者140例随机分为对照组和试验组各70例,对照组患者单纯给予中医手法治疗,试验组患者则在此基础上加用舒筋通络方熏洗治疗;比较2组患者临床疗效,治疗前后Cooney腕关节功能评分及随访并发症发生情况。结果:优良率试验组为98.57%,对照组为77.14%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后2组患者疼痛、总体活动度、背伸/掌屈活动度、握力及功能等Cooney腕关节功能评分均较治疗前显著改善(P<0.05),且试验组患者治疗后各项评分改善均优于对照组(P<0.05)。并发症发生率试验组为7.14%,对照组为18.57%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:舒筋通络方熏洗治疗桡骨远端骨折后腕关节功能障碍可显著缓解临床症状,改善腕关节活动功能,且有助于预防并发症的发生。Objective： To investigate the clinical effect of Shujin Tongluo tang by fumigation and washing for wrist joint dysfunction after distal radius fractures. Methods： One hundred and ten patients with wrist joint dysfunction after distal radius fractures were randomly divided into the control group （55 cases） treated with traditional manipulation treatment and the experiment group（55 cases） treated with fumigation and washing of Shufin Tongluo tang on the basis of the control group. The clinical efficacy, Cooney wrist function scores before and after treatment and complications occurrence of both groups were compared. Results. The excellent and good rate was 98.57% in the experiment group, and was 77.14% in the control group, the difference being significant （P 〈 0.05）. The Cooney wrist function scores after treatment of both group was significantly improved （P 〈 0.05 compared with those before treatment）. The Cooney wrist function scores of the experiment group after treatment were superior to those in the control group（P 〈 0.05）. The complication incidence rate was 7.14% in the experiment group, and was 18.57% in the control group, the difference being significant （P 〈0.05）. Conclusion. Shujin Tongluo tang by fumigation and washing for wrist joint dysfunction after distal radius fractures can efficiently relieve clinical symptoms and signs, improve wrist joint dysfunction and be helpful to prevent complication.
