摘 要:针对一种新型磁性阴离子交换树脂(MIEX)的再生工艺进行优化研究。探讨了不同再生方式对MIEX性能恢复的影响,在最佳再生方式基础上,研究了再生液浓度及流量与MIEX再生效果之间的关系,以及MIEX的可再生次数。试验结果表明:MIEX再生方式中以动态逆流再生效果最好,最佳再生液为质量分数10%的Na Cl溶液,最佳流量为15 m L/min。随着再生次数不断增加,MIEX处理效果小幅下降,当再生次数达到25次时,MIEX性能明显下降,难以有效再生。The research on the regeneration process optimization of a novel type of magnetic anion exchange resin (MIEX ) has been carried on. The effects of different regeneration methods on the recovery of perforperformance of MIEX are discussed. Based on the best regeneration method, the relationship between the concentration & flow rate of regeneration liquid and the regeneration effect of MIEX, as well as the renewable times of MIEX is studied. The experiment results show that among the MIEX regeneration methods,the dynamic countercurrent regeneration effect is the best. The optimum regeneration liquid is mass fraction of 10% of NaCl solution, and the optimum flow rate of the liquid is 15 mL/min. It is also found that along with the increase of regeneration times, the treatment effect of MIEX is declined slightly. When the regeneration times reach 25 times,the performance of MIEX decreases significantly, and is difficult to regenerate effectively.
