摘 要:建立了一种利用酸化吹脱捕集一离子色谱测定水中金属硫化物的分析方法。通过正交试验优化了水样中金属硫化物测定的前处理条件,如水样加入量、吸收液用量、吹气方式等,考察其对测定回收率的影响,同时使用离子色谱对处理后水样进行定量检测。该方法在0.005~1.0mg/L范围内线性良好,线性相关系数为0.9996,平均加标回收率超过90%,且相对标准偏差均〈5%(n=6),检出限为0.82μg/L。该方法操作简便、回收率好,精密度和灵敏度高,用于测定校园周边3条河流水样的金属硫化物含量,可获得满意结果。A kind of analytical method for the determination of metallic sulfide in water by acidification purging and trapping-ion chromatography has been developed. The pretreatment conditions for the determination of metallic sulfide in water samples, such as the adding amount of water samples, the quantity of absorbing liquid and the way of purging method, are optimized through orthogonal tests, and their influences on the determination recovery rate are investigated. Meanwhile, the treated water is quantitatively determined by making use of ion chromatography. The linearity of this method in the range of 0.005-1.0 mg/L is good,and linear correlation coefficient 0.999 6. The average standardized recovery rate is more than 90% ,the relative standard deviations less than 5% (n =6). In addition,the detection limit is 0,82 μg/L. The method is characterized by easy operation,good recovery rate,and high precision and sensitivity. Satisfactory results can be obtained ,when it is used for the determination of metallic sulfide contents in the water samDles from 3 rivers around the campus.
