摘　　要：国内外对于高校学生教学工作满意度的研究较少,对其维度建构及其问卷编制更少。研究采用心理投射方法,收集关于"高校教学工作满意度"的评价句子,探索高校教学工作满意度结构,并进行初测问卷编制。In the home and abroad, the research on the satisfaction degree of the college students＇ teaching job is less, and the di- mension construction and the questionnaire is less. In the research, the paper uses the psychological projection method to collect the evaluation sentences about the satisfaction degree of the teaching work in Colleges and universities.
