摘  要:运用信息熵和偏离份额模型揭示江苏省城市建设用地结构的时空演变特征,并用主成分分析法提取主要驱动因子。研究表明:1苏南城市建设用地较苏北结构稳定,信息熵变化幅度小。2南京、无锡、盐城、淮安、宿迁补给效应较显著,镇江、南通、扬州、泰州挤出效应较显著;道路广场用地、绿地补给效应显著,仓储用地、对外交通用地和特殊用地挤出效应显著。3居住用地、公共设施用地、道路广场用地、绿地属增长性结构,其余地类属衰退性结构。4作为省会城市,南京是多类建设用地竞争性偏移量的高值区,苏南、苏中、苏北经济欠发达地区对各类建设用地不具有竞争优势。5江苏省城市建设用地结构变化的主要驱动力是社会经济发展和人民生活水平提高,产业结构调整的贡献度次之。This paper analyzed the changes of urban construction land structure in Jiangsu based on the information entropy model and shift - share model, and got driving forces through principal component analysis. The results indicated that: (1)The urban construction land structure was more stable in southern Jiangsu than that in northern Jiangsu when the coefficient of variation of information entropy of urban construction land structure in southern Jiangsu was relatively small. (2) Nanjing, Wuxi, Yancheng, Huaian and Suqian had an outstanding supply effect while Zhenjiang, Nantong, Yangzhou and Taizhou had an outstanding crowding- out effect. Land for roads and squares and green space had an outstanding supply effect while warehouse land, intercity transportation land and specially- designed land had an outstanding crowding- out effect. (3)Residential land, public facili- ties,land for roads and squares and green space belonged to the growing structure while others belonged to the declining structure.(4)As a provincial capital city, Nanjing had high regional shift of many types of construction land. However, less developed regions in southern, central and northern Jian~ gsu had competitive disadvantages of all types of construction land. (5)Among the driving forces of the changes of urban construction land structure in Jiangsu, development of social economy and improvement of living standard occupied first place, adjustment of industrial structure came second.
