广西水中长期供求态势分析

摘　　要：通过调查广西现状供水保障的基本情况,并结合广西未来经济社会的发展需求,分析了广西目前水资源供求存在的问题及未来一段时期水资源供求的态势。论述了如何协调广西在中长期内经济社会发展用水需求增长、用水总量控制约束和一系列水源工程建设这三者间的矛盾,节水与发展如何共存,水资源如何配置等问题。With regard to the water resources supply and demand in Guangxi, the current status of water supply se- curity was investigated, based on which the author analyzed the existing problems; studied the supply-demand trend in the next period combined with the requirements of economic and social development; demonstrated the co- ordination between water demand rise due to mid- and long- term development, limit of total water consumption and construction of water source projects; and discussed the water resources allocation and coexistence between wa- ter saving and development.
