摘　　要：H08A碳素焊条钢在生产过程中钢水脱氧程度、成分控制对铸坯质量起到了重要作用，在理论分析和生产实践的基础上总结了合理的钢水质量控制要点。在冶炼终点[C]≤0．07％时，能有效地降低对脱氧的要求，保证钢水的可浇性；[si]控制在0．020％以上，能明显降低气泡发生；[P]控制在0．020％以下，[O]在（25～40）×10-6范围，能够防止回磷和过氧化。The molten steel deoxidation extent and composition control in production of H08A carbon elec- trode steel play an important role to the quality of casting billet. The reasonable quality control keys is con- cluded based on theoretical analysis and production practice： at smelting end, if [ C] _〈-- 0.07% , demand for deoxidation would be effectively brought down to guarantee molten steel casting ability; if [ Si] being con- trolled over 0. 020% , air bubble would be obviously reduced ; if E P ~ below 0. 020% and E O ] within （25 to 40） × 10-6, rephosphorization and overoxidation be prevented.
