摘　　要：针对大口径枪弹目前总装工序分散、人工参与度大、产品质量和一致性不稳定等现状,提出了从总装工艺流程、生产装备、过程信息与数据等方面进行集成研究的设计方案,实现大口径枪弹总装过程集成化和自动化,为未来枪弹全线生产的信息化和数字化奠定基础。For the status quo for large caliber bullets, such as the general assembly process disperse, large artificial participation, unstable product quality and consistency and so on, we put forward integration re- search from the assembly process, production equipment and process information and data integration re- search, and realized the integration and automation of large caliber bullets assembly process, which lays a foundation of informatization and digitization bullets full production for the future.
