摘 要:复杂电磁环境对装备的作战效能影响较大,为解决在复杂电磁环境下舰载雷达作战效能评估与预测问题,从舰载雷达作战效能的顶层需求出发,根据探测能力、跟踪能力、保障能力和生存能力四大中间层指标,选取相应的底层指标构建复杂电磁环境的评估层次指标体系;对于评估指标体系中底层指标值采用隶属度函数解析和专家打分两种方法,确定相应指标的隶属度函数;结合电磁环境复杂度评估等级确定采取相应的指标聚合方法,获取舰载雷达效能发挥度量,给复杂电磁环境下舰载雷达作战效能的评估提供了一种理论研究的方法。Complex electromagnetic environment has great influence on the equipment operational effec- tiveness, and in order to solve the operational effectiveness assessment and prediction problems of ship borne radar in complex electromagnetic environment, from the top requirement of the radar in combat effec- tiveness, we selected the underlying index to built complex electromagnetic environment evaluation index system of hierarchy according to the four middle tier indicators: detection, tracking and security ability, the ability to survive. For the underlying index of the evaluating index system, membership function analy- sis and expert scoring were used to determine the corresponding indicators of membership functions. Com- bined to the rank of the complexity electromagnetic environment, the corresponding index aggregate method was determined to obtain shipboard radar efficiency measure, which provides a method of theoretical re- search for operational effectiveness assessment of the shipboard radar under complicated electromagnetic environment.
