摘　　要：如何利用有限的爆炸时间窗口完成接头棒的爆炸焊接,通过多年的经验总结,爆炸焊接头棒品质特性之间存在相互影响关系,爆炸复合工作结束后对当天的接头棒进行目测、超声波探伤及拉剪强度检验,结果合格即可继续工作,该方法安全可靠,对实际生产效率有显著提高。How to use the limited time to produce so many joint clad bars？ Through years of experience, we concluded that the joint clad bars have mutual influence relations between quality characteristics. After explosive composite work, we dealt with joint clad bar with visual, ultrasonic testing and tensile shear strength test. If the result is qualified, we will continue to work. The method is safe and reliable, and has the remarkable influence to the actual production efficiency.
