Effects of Hormone Solutions Pre-soaking Seeds on Diameter and Cotyledon Growing of Pinus yunnanensis for Germinative Period

摘  要:以尖山和弥渡种子为主区,L16(45)和L9(34)正交设计分别为副区进行IAA、GA3和IBA的3因素4水平和2因素3水平(GA3和IBA)的实验,了解以上因素和水平及其组合对云南松(Pinus yunnanensis)幼苗地径和子叶生长的影响。结果:1)除L16(45)实验中,尖山产地的地径小于弥渡的外,其余实验的地径和子叶长都是尖山的大于弥渡的;2)L16(45)的IAA与GA3、IAA和IBA及L9(34)的GA3和IBA的交互作用对地径和子叶具有极显著或显著的差异影响(p=0.000~0.017);3)L16(45)实验中尖山种子培育幼苗地径最大(0.54mm)的是0.60g/L、0.15g/L与0.10g/L的IAA、GA3及IBA浸种的、子叶最长(3.19cm)的则是对照;弥渡的此2项指标最大的则分别是0.30g/L、0.05g/L、0.10g/L的IAA、GA3、IBA浸种的和0.60g/L、0.05g/L的IAA、IBA浸种的(0.76mm和3.09cm);L9(34)中,尖山种子幼苗地径最大(0.85mm)的来源于GA3和IBA浓度为0.10g/L、0.10g/L的、子叶最长(3.39cm)的则是0.05g/L和0.10g/L的GA3和IBA浸种的,弥渡的此2项指标最优的是GA3和IBA浓度分别为0.15g/L、0.10g/L与0.05g/L、0.15g/L(0.81mm和2.95cm)。种子产地和实验因素水平的组合不同,影响地径和子叶的主导因子也不同。In order to find out effects of hormones involved their levels and hormone-levels' combina- tions (HLC) on basal diameter (BD) and cotyledon growing of Yunnan pine (Pinus yunanensis) young seedlings, the HLCs of L16 (4s) and L0 (34) orthogonal design were as sub-plots, respectively to trail four levels of three factors of IAA, GA3, IBA and three levels of two elements of GA3, IBA pre-soaking seeds,under a split plot of two seed produced areas (SPA) of Jianshan and Midu. The results showed that 1) excepting the BDs of Jianshan seedlings were smaller than which of Midu seedlings in the L16 (45) experiment,other parameters of Jianshan seedlings were bigger or longer than which of Midu seedlings involved L9 (34)experiments.2) The interactions of the IAA and GAs, IAA and IBA in the L16 (45) experiment and which of GA3 and IBA in the L9 (34) presented significantly different effects on diameter and cotyledons (p≈0.000--0.017). 3) The largest BD (0.54 mm) of Jianshan seedlings were from the HLCs of 0.60 g/L, 0.15 g/L and 0.10 g/L of IAA, GA3 and IBA solution pre-soaking seeds,while the longest cotyledon (3.19 cm) found out in the control; which of the two parameters of Midu seedings occurred in the HLCs of 0.30 g/L,0.05 g/L,0.10 g/L of IAA, GA3 ,IBA and 0.60 g/L,0.05 g/L of IAA,IBA solution pre-soaking seeds (0.76 mm and 3.09 cm), respectively,in the L16 (42) experiment; Simultaneously, in the L9 (34) experiment, the largest BD (0.85 mm) of Jianshan seedlings took place in the HLCs of 0.10 g/L,0.10 g/L of GA3, IBA pre-soa-king seeds,the longest cotyledon (3.39 cm) was from the HLCs of 0.05 g/L and 0.10 g/L of the GA3 and IBA pre-soaking seeds,while the best two prameters (0.81 mm and 2.95 cm) of Midu seedlings were from the HLCs.of 0.15 g/L,0.10 g/L and 0.05 g/L,0.15 g/L of the GA3 ,IBA pre-soaking seeds.
