摘  要:目的探讨P504s及特异AT序列结合蛋白1(SATB1)基因在前列腺癌的表达,及其在前列腺癌发生、发展中的作用。方法应用免疫组织化学染色检测P504s及SATB1蛋白在60例前列腺癌和30例前列腺增生症组织中的表达。结果 SATB1在前列腺癌组织中的表达阳性率(78.3%)较前列腺增生组织(0.0%)明显升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),SATB1的表达随着Gleason评分增加而升高(P<0.05)。P504s在前列腺癌组织中的阳性表达率(95.0%)远高于前列腺增生症组(0.0%)(P<0.05),但其在前列腺癌中的表达不会随着Gleason评分增加而升高(P>0.05)。结论 P504s和SATB1在前列腺癌中的高表达,结合形态学综合分析,可能有助于提高前列腺癌的诊断及鉴别诊断,而SATB1蛋白在前列腺癌组织中的异常表达,提示可能与前列腺癌的发生、发展有关。[Objective] To investigate the expressions of special AT-rich sequence-binding protein 1 (SATB1) and P504s in human prostatic carcinoma tissue and their clinical significance. [Methods] Expressions of SATB1 and P504s protein were assessed by immunohistochemistry in 60 cases of prostatic carcinoma ( group PC) and 30 cases of benign prostatic hyperplasia (group BPH). [Results] The expression of SATB 1 in the group PC (78.3%) was significant higher than that in the group BPH (0.0%), the difference was significant (P〈 0.05). The expression of P504s was also much higher in the group PC (95.0%) than that in the group BPH (0.0%) with a significant difference (P 〈 0.05). And the expression of SATB 1 was increased with the increase of Gleason score, but the expression of P504s did not increase as the grade of Gleason score increased (P〉0.05). [Conclusions] Combined with meta-analysis, the high expressions of SATB1 and P504s in the PC tissue will contribute to improve pathological diagnosis and differential diagnosis for prostatic carcinoma. Over-expression of SATB1 might be involved in the pathogenesis and development of prostatic carcinoma.
