摘　　要：目的探究市售不同颜色染发剂对小鼠皮肤损伤程度的差异。方法采用同一品牌、三种颜色的染发剂分别对小鼠背部皮肤进行涂染,2次/d,持续7d。观察小鼠一般生活状况、皮肤充血程度、血液学指标及对皮肤组织病理切片进行分析。结果三种颜色染发剂引起皮肤充血、变性坏死及表皮完整性受损的程度由轻到重依次为黑色、紫色、黄色。三种颜色染发剂对血液的影响差异无统计学意义。结论染发剂对小鼠皮肤损害程度按黑色、紫色、黄色的顺序依次加重。Objective To study the difference of damage to mouse skin caused by different commercially available hair dyes. Methods Three different colors of hair dyes in the same brand were applied onto the back skin of mice twice everyday for a week. Targets were observed, including general state, the degree of hyperemia of the skin, hematological indexes and the pathological section of the skin tissue. Results The degree of skin congestion, degeneration and necrosis and damage of skin integrity aggravated gradually according to the order of black, purple and yellow. The difference of the impact for blood of the three colors of hair dyes was of no sta- tistical significance. Conclusion According to the order of black, purple and yellow, the damage to mouse skin caused by hair dyes increased gradually.
