摘  要:通过印拓图像二值法测试了自密实混凝土的表面密实性,讨论了自密实混凝土的表面密实性(孔隙率)与其水灰比、抗压强度、工作性等之间的关系,发现其表面密实性与工作性之间无明显关系,可能原因是在高效减水剂与粉煤灰等的作用下,工作性不再类似于普通混凝土由水灰比决定;提出了表面孔隙率与体积孔隙率关系的球孔修正模型,并通过试验结果验证了该模型的有效性。Experimental investigation on compactness of self- compacting concrete was held by printing with image binarization. The discussion on the relationships between the surface compactness( or surface porosity)of self- compacting concrete and its water -cement ratio, compressive strength, workabilities was operated.It shows no significant relationship between surface compactness and work- abilities of fresh self - compacting concrete.With the help of superplasticizer and fly ash, the workabilities of self - compacting concrete works well without the impact of water- cement ratio, which plays an important role in the workabilities of ordinary concrete.Additionally, a model of material with ball pore for relationship between the surface porosity and volume porosity of self - compacting concrete was proposed,it was verified by the experimental results.
