摘 要:研究了蒸压养护对富硅铁尾矿粉活性特性的影响,并探究了富硅铁尾矿粉替代石英粉制备预应力高强混凝土管桩的可行性。试验结果表明:蒸压养护下,富硅铁尾矿粉活性被显著激发,其可参与水泥水化反应,生成大量水化硅酸钙凝胶。且从节能和铁尾矿最大利用率角度考虑,蒸压养护下,富硅铁尾矿粉的适宜细度为500 m2kg左右,适宜掺量为20%。富硅铁尾矿粉具有替代石英粉制备预应力高强混凝土管桩的潜力。The influence of autoclave curing on the activity characteristic of silicon - rich iron tailings powders was studied. And the feasibility of preparing pre - stressed high - strength concrete pipe piles by using silicon - rich iron tailings to substitute quartz powders was discussed.The results show that the activity of silicon-rich iron tailings powders is significantly stimulated under autoclave curing, which leads to a participation of silicon - rich iron tailings powders in the hydration of cement and causes a large number of calcium sil- icate hydrate gel formed. And according to energy saving and maximum utilization of iron tailings, the best fineness of silicon - rich iron tailings powders under autoclave curing is 500m2/kg and the suitable dosage is 20%.Moreover, silicon - rich iron tailings powder has the possibility to replace quartz powder for the preparation of pre - stressed high - strength concrete pipe piles.
