摘  要:层布式钢纤维混凝土结构具有优良的抗弯拉性能,可有效降低普通混凝土路面板板厚。通过有限元软件ANSYS,构建了层布式钢纤维混凝土路面(LSFRCP,Layered Steel Fiber Reinforced Concrete Pavement)、层布式混杂纤维混凝土路面(LHFRCP,Layered Hybrid Fiber Reinforced Concrete Pavement)和层布式钢纤维柔性混凝土路面(LSFFCP,Layered Steel Fiber Flexible Concrete Pavement)的有限元计算的模型;研究了路面板的板长与板厚和基体混凝土弹性模量在行车荷载、温度作用下的变化规律:荷载应力随板长的增加先降低后增加,随板的厚度的增加而降低;荷载应力和温度应力随基体混凝土弹性模量的增加而增加;温度应力随着板长和板厚的增加先增加后降低。给出了LSFRC、LHFRC和LSFFC复合路面板设计的主要思路;编制了不同路面板长在不同交通等级下的最小板厚表。Layered steel fiber reinforced concrete structurecan effectively reduce the slab thickness of ordinary concrete pavement in the same condition.The models of LSFRCP, LHFRCP and LSFFCP are set up by the finite element software ANSYS. Under the traffic load and temperature variation ,the bearing load capacity of pavement slab is studiedwith different conditions of slab length, slab thickness and elastic module of basic concrete. Load stress firstly decreases and then increases with increasing the length of the plate. It decreases with increasing the thickness of the plate.Temperature stress increases at first and then reduces with the increase of slab thickness or slab length.Load stress and temperature stress increase with the increase of concrete elasticmodulus.Designmethods onpavement slab of LSFRC, LHFRC and LSFFC is presented, and the reference table of slab thickness with different length under different traffic is given out.
