摘 要:液浮陀螺仪表对温度十分敏感,采用高精度温控系统能有效改善和提高液浮陀螺仪表的性能指标,为此,研制了一种变压器隔离式高精度陀螺仪表直流温控系统:该系统采用温度采集电路控制调压电路(即DC-DC电源变换电路)的输出直流电压(即加温电压)的特性,以实现温控功能,温控精度高达0.004℃。试验证明该方法可行。Because temperature sensitivity of liquid-floated gyroscope can be solved by a temperature control mode effectively,a DC temperature control system of transformer-isolated high precision inertial instrument is designed.The system adopts temperature circuit to control output DC voltage( heating voltage) of a voltage-regulated circuit( DC-DC source conversion circuit) so as to carry out a function of temperature control. The above system is designed reasonably,which not only selects a platinum temperature sensitive element with stable performance and a preamplifier with lower drift and high impedance,but also designs parameters of an isolated transformer and filtering inductor reasonably. The test results show that the temperature control precision is up to 0. 004 ℃,so as to provide that this control method is feasibility.
