摘  要:采用环保型物理发泡剂HFC-365mfc和十溴二苯乙烷(DBDPE)/三氧化二锑(Sb2O3)复合阻燃剂制备了综合性能良好的硬质聚氨酯泡沫(RPUF)绝热材料,探讨了DBDPE与Sb2O3协同阻燃的最佳配比以及在此配比下不同添加量对RPUF的燃烧性能、绝热性能、闭孔率和压缩性能的影响。结果表明,复合阻燃剂对RPUF材料具有良好的阻燃效果,DBDPE/Sb2O3质量比为4:1时效果最好。在密度约为65kg/m3的情况下,所制得RPUF材料的阻燃性能随阻燃剂用量的增加而提高,当添加质量分数为30%时,RPUF的氧指数可达30.1,水平燃烧性能也有很大的提高。阻燃剂的加入并不影响材料的绝热性能,导热系数范围为27.3—28.4mW/(m·K),闭孔率可达93%-96%,力学性能同样能满足对绝热保温材料的要求。Rigid polyurethane foams (RPUF) with good comprehensive performance were prepared by using an environment friendly blown agent of HFC-365mfc and flame retardant composite of decabromodiphenyl ethane (DBDPE)/Sb2O3. The optimum ratio in the flame retardant composite and its effect on the flame-retarding quality, mechanical properties, thermal insulation and closed cells content of RPUF were discussed. It was found that DB- DPE/Sb2O3 was an effective flame retardant composite for RPUF especially at an optimum mass ratio of DBDPE/ Sb203 of 4 : 1. The addition of 30~/o flame retardant composite increased the value of LOI to 30. 1 and improved the properties of horizontal combustibility while the low thermal conductivity (27.3 - 28.4 roW/( m K)) and high content of closed cells (93% - 96% ) of RPUF with a higher density of 65 kg/m3 could be remained. The obtained RPUF could meet the mechanical requirement for ordinary thermal insulating materials.
