摘 要:研究了聚醚多元醇品种及其配比、异氰酸酯指数、催化剂用量对聚氨酯泡沫填缝剂材料性能的影响.确定了较佳的原料配比为:采用丙丁烷混合气和DME混合物(质量比1/1)作为抛射剂、料气质量比4/1、聚醚三醇MN.700与聚醚二醇DDL-1000D的摩尔比在3/2~1/1之间、异氰酸酯指数4.25。4.50、催化剂DMDEE的用量2—3份(相对于100份聚醚多元醇)。制备的聚氨酯泡沫材料达到如下性能:发泡倍率≥15,压缩强度(10%)≥0.85MPa,土壤粘接剪切强度≥0.85MPa,导热系数≤0.05W/(m·K)。基本满足高寒带铁路路基融洞填充使用要求。The influences of polyether triol/diol ratio ,isocyanate index, the amount of catalyst on properties of one-component polyurethane foam were studied. The better usage of raw materials was obtained as below. The mix- ture of propane/butane mixture and dimethyl ether with mass ratio 1/1 was used as an aerosol propellant. The mass ratio of polyurethane and aerosol propellant was 4/1. The mole ratio polyether triol MN 700 and polyether diol DDL- 1000D was between 3/2 and 1/1. The isocyanate index was 4. 25-4. 50, and the mass ratio of the catalyst DMDEE and polyether polyols was (2-3)/100. The prepared polyurethane foam had the following properties: the foaming ratio ≥15, the compressive strength (10%) ≥0. 85 MPa, the shear strength to soil ≥0. 85 MPa, the thermal con- ductivity ≤ 0. 05 W/( m K). The polyurethane foam could basically satisfy the use requirement of filling the tha- wing holes of railyway bedroad in high cold area.
