摘  要:以异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯、聚己内酯二醇、聚醚三醇和2,2-二羟甲基丙酸等为基本原料,以桐酸单甘酯(EAM)为改性剂,制备了水性聚氨酯(WPU)乳液。利用红外光谱仪、激光粒度分析仪、离心机、硬度计、透水汽性测试、吸水率测试、抑菌试验,研究了EAM改性WPU材料的结构和性能。结果表明,当EAM质量分数≤10%时,WPU粒径小、稳定性好;随着EAM含量的增加,聚氨酯膜的硬度增加、透水汽率减小、耐水性增强;EAM的引入赋予了聚氨酯一定的抗菌性。A novel waterborne polyurethane (WPU) emulsion was prepared from isophorone diisocyanate, polyeaprolactone diols, polyether triols and 2,2-dimethylol propionic acid with eleostearic acid monostearate ( EAM ) as modifier. The structure and properties of WPU were characterized by FT-IR, LDSA, centrifuge test, Webster hardness tester, water vapor permeability (WVP) test, water absorption test and bactericidal test, etc. The results showed that the average particle size of WPU emulsion was small and the stability was well when the content of EAM in the WPU emulsion was lower than 10%. With the increase of EAM content, the WVP of WPU membrane decreased, but the surface hardness and water resistance of WPU membrane increased. A certain degree antibacte- rial property of WPU was increased by EAM.
