聚氨酯仿木家具材料的制备及性能研究

摘　　要：采用聚醚多元醇、聚酯多元醇和多异氰酸酯等为主原料制备了仿木聚氨酯硬泡。比较了低聚物多元醇、催化剂、发泡剂等原料因素对仿木家具用整皮聚氨酯硬泡性能的影响。结果表明,采用聚醚多元醇和聚酯多元醇按质量比60/40复配,发泡剂HCFC-141b 3份和水1.2份组成复合发泡剂,以及采用合适的匀泡剂和复合催化剂,得到一种性能优良的聚氨酯仿木材料,其密度为310 kg/m3,压缩强度8.3 MPa,拉伸强度2.5 MPa,邵D硬度71,氧指数24.1%。The effects of raw materials such as oligomer polyol, catalyst, blowing agent etc. on the properties of integral skin rigid polyurethane foams used for imitated wood furniture were investigated. The wood imitation rigid foam with excellent performance was prepared using the polyether polyol and the polyester polyol with mass ratio 60/40, mixed foaming agent with 3 parts HCFC-141b and 1.2 parts water, and suitable surfactant and composite catalyst. The wood imitation polyurethane had excellent performance with density 310 kg/m3, the compression strength 8.3 MPa, tensile strength 2.5 MPa, surface hardness Shore D 71 and limited oxygen index 24. 1%.
