摘 要:以甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI)、三羟甲基丙烷(TMP)和混合二醇为原料,合成了低游离TDI含量、75%固含量的聚氨酯涂料用多异氰酸酯固化剂。该固化剂具有较好的相容性和较低粘度。讨论了催化剂、反应温度、混合二醇比例对产品性能的影响,并与进口同类固化剂进行了配漆对比测试。结果表明,选用自制的催化剂G-100,质量分数20%左右混合二醇,反应温度控制在60℃,是合成该高性能固化剂的关键因素;其合成的产品与进口同类固化剂性能基本相当。A low toluene diisocyanate(TDI) content and 75% solid content polyisocyanate curing agent for polyurethane coatings was prepared using TDI, trimethylolpropane (TMP) and the mixed diols. The curing agent had good compatibility and lower viscosity. The effects of the catalyst, reaction temperature and the proportion of the mixed diols on the product properties were discussed. The paint curing test of the curing agent and the similar imported one was investigated too. The results showed that the key elements of preparing the curing agent were the self-made catalyst G-100, around 20% amount of the mixed diols and the reaction temperature 60℃. In addition, the performance of the synthesized curing agent was similar to imported product.
