金黄色葡萄球菌毒力因子的研究进展

摘　　要：金黄色葡萄球菌是社区获得性感染及医院获得性感染的常见致病菌。在金黄色葡萄球菌感染的发生、发展过程中，毒力因子起到了重要作用。本文就金黄色葡萄球菌的毒力因子作一综述，详细介绍杀白细胞素、溶血毒素、肠毒素、中毒休克综合征毒素1、耐热核酸酶、凝固酶以及表皮剥脱毒素的致病机制及研究现状。Staphylococcus aureus is a common pathogen of community-acquired infection and hospital-acquired infection. Virulence factors piay an important role in the occurrence and development of staphylococcal infection. This article summarizes the virulence factors of Staphylococcus aureus,introduces leukocidin, haemolysin, staphylococcal enterotoxin, toxic shock syndrome toxin-l, thermonuclease, coagulase and exfoliative,and their pathogenic mechanisms.
