摘 要:针对余杭区宏畔水厂现有工艺及水质现状,在高温高藻期,进行了一次超滤膜工艺处理沉后水和滤后水的中试试验。结果表明浸没式超滤工艺和柱式超滤工艺对浊度、耗氧量、氨氮、铁、锰等具有良好的去除效果,出水浊度<0.1 NTU,达到浙江省城市供水现代化水厂评价标准(2013),超滤膜出水颗粒数可以控制在30个/m L以下,以"两虫"为代表的微生物可以得到有效控制。According to the current process and water quality in Hongpan Waterworks of Yuhang District, a pilot-scale experiment was investigated during the period of high algae and high temperature. The results show that both immerse UF membrane and column UF membrane have good removal effects on turbidity, COD, ammonia nitrogen, total iron and manganese. The turbidity of effluent can maintain less than 0. 1 NTU, which can reach evaluation standard of The Urban Water Supply Modernized Waterworks in Zhejiang Province 2013. The average number of particles of effluent is less than 30 particles per milliliter and microorganism such as cryptosporidium and giardia can be controlled as well.
