摘　　要：采用厌氧-缺氧-好氧为主体的生化处理工艺处理某化工综合废水,设计规模为650 t/h,在进水CODCr、BOD5、SS、NH3-N的质量浓度分别为1 000、280、300、150 mg/L时,经该工艺处理后,出水分别低于60、30、70、15 mg/L,符合GB 8978—1996《污水综合排放标准》一级排放标准以及江苏省地方排放标准DB 32/939—2006《化学工业主要水污染排放标准》的要求。介绍了工艺流程设计,给出了主要处理构筑物及其设计参数。Anaerobic-anoxia-aerobic was used as the main biochemical process to treat chemical integrated wastewater, the design treatment scale was 650 t/h. When the mass concentrations of COD~ BOD5, SS and NH3-N of the influent water were 1 000, 280, 300 and 150 mg/L respectively, Through the treatment by the said process, the above indexes of the effluent water were not above 60, 30, 70 and 15 mg/L respectively, which indicated that, the effluent water quality met the requirement of grade 1 in GB 8978--1996 Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard and local discharge standard of Jiangsu province DB 32/939--2006 Provincial Discharge Standard of Main Water Pollutants for Chemical Industry. The design of the process flow was introduced with the main struc- tures and their design parameters pointed out at the same time.
