摘  要:目的评估术中聚维酮碘溶液联合生理盐水冲洗在预防脊柱手术后切口感染的有效性。方法 426例脊柱手术患者纳入研究对象,分为聚维酮碘溶液联合生理盐水冲洗组(n=209)及单纯生理盐水冲洗组(n=217),术中分别行聚维酮碘溶液联合生理盐水冲洗及单纯生理盐水冲洗,分别计算术后感染率并进行统计学分析。结果聚维酮碘溶液联合生理盐水冲洗组209例中无感染发生;单纯生理盐水冲洗组217例中发生浅部感染1例(感染率0.46%)、深部感染4例(感染率1.84%)、全层感染5例(感染率2.3%),总感染率为4.6%。两组浅部感染率比较差异无统计学意义(P=0.378),两组深部感染率及全层感染率比较差异有统计学意义(P=0.016,P=0.007)。结论在脊柱外科手术中应用聚维酮碘溶液联合生理盐水进行冲洗,能有效地降低术后切口浅部及深部感染的发生率。Objective To assess the effectiveness of povidone-iodine solution combined with normal saline irrigation in preventing postoperative infections of spinal surgery. Methods A total of 426 cases undergoing spinal surgery were studied and assigned to two groups according to irrigation methods. In group 1 (209 patients), surgical wounds were irrigated with povidone-iodine solution combined with normal saline in the course of spinal surgery, but povi-done-iodine solution irrigation was not used in group 2 (217 patients). The rate of infection was calculated respec-tively and statistical analysis was performed. Results There was no wound infection occurred in group 1. One surp-erfical infection(0. 46%), four deep infections (1. 84%), five whole layer infections(2. 3%) occurred in group 2 and the rate of total infection was 4. 6%. There was no statistical significance between the rate of superficial infection of the two groups(P=0. 378),but there was statistical significance between the rate of deep and whole layer infection (P=0. 016, P=0. 007). Conclusions The application of povidone-iodine solution combined with normal saline ir-rigation can decrease the superficial infection rate and deep infection rate effectively in the course of spinal surgery.
