摘 要:为掌握矿用液压吊装机变幅机构动力学性能,进而为其控制设计和结构改进提供依据,以某新型矿用液压吊装机为研究对象,在对其变幅机构工况进行系统分析的基础上,基于等效元素法结合ADAMS仿真软件,对其变幅机构进行了动力学仿真分析.结果表明:吊臂起升角速度在初始阶段较为平稳,但随着变幅液压缸驱动力的增大,其跳动量会在某一时刻突然增大,并对起升平稳性造成影响.针对此,利用MATLAB曲线拟合方法对驱动函数进行反求,获得了匀速变幅驱动修正函数,使起升角速度跳动开始时间明显延迟,跳动量降低,吊装机起重性能得到改善.同时通过变幅液压缸驱动力仿真分析,确定了危险工况,使吊装机结构优化设计更有针对性.研究结果为矿用液压吊装机设计与完善提供了新的思路.In order to find out the dynamic characteristic of mine hydraulic hoisting machines'luff‐ing mechanism then to provide a reference for a control and mechanism design of the luffing crane machine ,a new type hydraulic mine luffing hoisting machine w as studied .Based on the system computation of the luffing crane mechanism on certain working condition ,dynamic simulation a‐nalysis of luffing mechanism was carried out with ADAMS and equivalent element method .The results showed that angular velocity of lifting arm was stable in initial process of hoisting process ,but with the increasing of luffing hydraulic cylinders'drive force ,the jump value would suddenly change at some point ,and affect the lifting stability .According to this problem ,the MATLAB curve fitting function was used to calculate the driving function ,then the uniform am‐plitude driving correction function was developed ,through which the start time of angular veloci‐ty jumping was delayed and the value reduced as well .At the same time ,dangerous working con‐dition was gained through dynamic simulation analysis of luffing cylinder driving force ,through which the optimization design of hoisting machine could be more targeted .The method of study can provide a reference for design and optimization of mine hydraulic luffing crane machine .
