颈夹脊穴正清风痛宁透皮给药治疗对椎动脉型颈椎病患者血清内皮素、肿瘤坏死因子水平的影响

摘　　要：目的观察颈夹脊穴正清风痛宁注射液电致孔透皮给药治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的临床疗效及其对血清内皮素(ET)、肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)水平的影响。方法 68例椎动脉型颈椎病患者随机分为两组。风痛宁组口服氟桂利嗪联合颈夹脊穴正清风痛宁注射液电致孔透皮给药治疗,盐水组口服氟桂利嗪联合颈夹脊穴生理盐水电致孔透皮给药治疗,两组疗程均为10d。结果治疗后两组总有效率比较有显著性差异(P<0.05);两组ESCV积分、ET及TNF-α水平与治疗前比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01,P<0.05);风痛宁组ESCV积分、ET及TNF-α水平与盐水组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论颈夹脊穴正清风痛宁注射液电致孔透皮给药治疗椎动脉型颈椎病有较好的疗效,可降低血清中ET、TNF-α水平。Objective To observe the clinical effect of electroporation transdermal drug delivery of Zhengqinfengtongning injection in Cervical Jiaji points in treatment of Cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type （CSA） , and its effects on levels of serum endothelin （ET） , tumor necrosis factor alpha （TNF- α）. Methods 68 cases were randomly divided into two groups. Fengtongning group were given electroporation transdermal therapy of Zhengqinfengtongning injection in Cervical Jiaji points and flunarizine. Saline group were given electroporation transdermal therapy of saline in Cervical Jiaji points and flunarizine. Both groups treated for 10 days. Results The total efficiency between two groups had significant difference （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. The ESCV scores and the levels of ET, TNF - αin two groups were decreased（ P 〈 0. 01, P 〈 0.05 ）, and there was significant difference （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusions Eleetroporation transdermal drug delivery of Zhengqingfengtongning injection in Cervical Jiaji points has good effect in treating CSA, and decreases the level of ET, TNF - α.
