雪梨膏中绿原酸类多酚化合物的含量测定

摘　　要：目的建立雪梨膏的含量测定方法。方法采用紫外分光光度法测定雪梨膏中绿原酸类多酚化合物的含量。结果检测波长为329nm,绿原酸在3.5-28.2μg/m L线性关系良好(r=0.9998);平均回收率95.59%;有较好的精密度、重复性及稳定性。结论本方法简便、准确,重现性好。Objective To establish the determination method of Xueli extract. Method Determine the polyphenol compounds of chlorogenic acids in Xueli extract by UV spectrophotometry. Result The wavelength was 329nm, Chlorogenic acids was linear in the range of 3. 5 -28.2μg/mL（ r=0. 9998 ）, the average recovery was 95.59% , precision, repetition and stability was well . Conclusion The method is simple and accurate, it also has good reproducibility. This method can be applied to determine the Xueli extract.
