张隐庵对大承气汤释义之质疑

摘　　要：张隐庵《伤寒论集注》对大承气汤之释义主要有三:一为大承气汤"乃大无不该",二为大承气汤"承通体火热",三为大承气即大青龙之义。此释义存在明显缺陷。大承气汤以"大"名之,仅示三承气汤适应证候有异;大承气汤乃为在里之阳明腑实之痞满燥实而设,其君药当为大黄,而非芒硝;大承气汤绝非表里同治之方。The main point of interpretation to Dachengqi decoction by Zhang Yinan include three aspects. First, Daehengqi decoction contains all ; second, Dachengqi decoction is used for heat in whole body ;last, the significance of Dachengqi decoction as same as Daqinglong decoction. There are some defects in this interpretation. Here, we argue that the distunct of chengqi decoction is just due to the dirrerence, Daehengqi decoction is established for Yangming fu -viscera excess, but not for relieving both superficial and internal disorders, the sovereign drug of Dachengqi is Rheum palmatum L.
