中西医结合口腔健康教育治疗慢性牙周炎疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察中西医结合口腔健康教育治疗慢性牙周炎的疗效。方法 180例成人慢性牙周炎患者随机分为3组。中药对照组给予西医加中药治疗;西医对照组给予西医常规治疗;中西医结合治疗组给予西医常规治疗+中药制剂+口腔健康教育。观察3组疗效。结果治疗后,中西医结合治疗组的总有效率、牙菌斑指数和牙龈指数均低于西医对照组和中药对照组(均P<0.05)。结论中西医治疗及健康教育在治疗慢性牙周炎过程中有重要的作用。Objective To observe the curative effect of integrated Chinese - western medicine combined with health education on chronic periodontitis. Methods 180 cases of adult patients with chronic periodontitis were randomly divided into 3 groups. The Chinese medicine control group was treated with western medicine and traditional Chinese medicine; the western medicine control group received conventional treatment; integrated Chinese -western treatment group was treated with integrated Chinese -western medicine combined with health education. Observe 3 groups of curative effect. Results After treatment, combine traditional Chinese and Western medicine, the total efficiency, the plaque index and gingival index of integrated Chinese - western treatment group were lower than that of Chinese medicine control group and the western medicine control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Integrated Chinese - western medicine combined with health education has an important role in the treatment of chronic periodontitis.
